A rapidly-expanding Insurtech firm is looking to appoint a Head of AI Engineering to head up and build the end-to-end AI product strategy. You will set the technical and cultural foundation of the AI organization. You will also shape the engineering culture, hiring strategy, and long-term technical direction. You will own AI quality, reliability and scalability end-to-end. This is not a pure management role - you lead by building.
