Corporate & Group Reporting Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate & Group Reporting Manager to join a growing, private equity-backed financial services business preparing for a significant phase of development. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a hands‑on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of group consolidation, statutory reporting and corporate accounting while leading a major finance systems implementation through to go‑live. You'll play a key role in building robust reporting processes, strengthening financial controls and supporting the business through an important period of regulatory development and growth. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong accountant who enjoys building processes from the ground up, managing complex multi‑entity structures and taking ownership of projects with direct exposure to senior leadership and investors.
Key Responsibilities
-
Own the monthly close and record‑to‑report process across multiple corporate and holding company entities.
-
Prepare group consolidations, including inter company eliminations and consolidated management accounts.
-

-
Establish and manage the statutory reporting timetable, working closely with external auditors and senior stakeholders.
-
Lead the corporate audit process from planning and preparation through to signed accounts.
-
Oversee accounting for capital movements, investor equity contributions and inter company funding flows.
-
Maintain accurate capital and funding records, ensuring appropriate reconciliations between corporate and scheme entities.
-
Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of Sage Intacct, including system design, data migration, user acceptance testing, parallel running and go‑live.
-
Manage the implementation partner and advisers, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines and budget.
-
Develop finance processes, accounting policies, documentation and controls from the ground up.
-
Coordinate corporate tax and VAT compliance alongside external advisers.
-
Provide accurate financial information for Board reporting, investor updates, regulatory submissions and wider management information.
-
Work closely with the Finance Director, CFO, Financial Controller and wider business to ensure consistent reporting and effective financial governance.

ACA, ACCA or CA qualified accountant with at least three years' post‑qualification experience.
-

Proven experience leading a statutory audit from the client side, from planning through to signed accounts.
-
Experience leading a finance systems implementation end to end, including design, testing, data migration and go‑live. Sage Intacct experience is preferred.
