A leading Financial Services company is looking to hire a Business Process Improvement Analyst to join their Process Improvement team. The role involves delivering process improvement projects and coaching operational excellence across the organization.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Be a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with strong knowledge of end-to-end process modeling and analysis.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering process improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage internal customers and achieve desired results.
- Exposure to multiple, diverse business domains and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Logical, analytical, and structured thinking abilities, with quick learning and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0.
- Knowledge of workflow and process automation.
- Familiarity with Business Process Management tools such as Appian, Bizagi, Pega (preferable).
