A leading Insurance organisation is looking to appoint a Tax Transformation Manager to lead the delivery and operationalisation of change across the Tax function. You will work across all tax workstreams to drive execution of strategic change, embed modern tax processes and technologies, and support the Tax Leadership Team in managing key risks (such as key person risk and outdated systems risk) and delivering sustainable long-term improvements.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Financial Services experience, Insurance experience is preferred
- Have at least 7 years of Finance Change experience in tax, finance, or related fields,with a focus on process improvement and technology implementation
- Have strong project management skills, with experience leadingcross-functional teams;
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have proficiency in tax software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
