We are currently supporting the search for a Senior Risk Analyst to join a dynamic and growing Governance, Risk & Compliance team within a leading general insurance provider in London. This is a key second-line role, reporting to both the Head of Enterprise Risk Management and Head of Financial Risk Management, and will play a vital part in developing the firm's risk framework and supporting strategic delivery across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the design, facilitation, and ongoing improvement of the quarterly Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) programme across the business.
- Providing independent challenge of departmental risk registers and control frameworks, ensuring completeness, consistency, and value to senior stakeholders.
- Drafting and maintaining key components of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, including policies, procedures, and risk appetite statements.
- Monitoring and reporting risk appetite breaches, emerging risks, and top risks to the Board and relevant risk committees.
- Coordinating and drafting ORSA reports and supporting delivery of the stress and scenario testing framework.
