I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd\’s Syndicate who are seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to join their growing Energy team.
My client is looking for a London Market Claims professional to manage and handle Power Generation Claims for the Syndicate. This is a brand new role in the business and they are looking for someone with 5+ years experience handling Energy Claims and someone who is proficient using ECF and familiar with Lloyd\’s Claims Schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide feedback to underwriters and management on claim structures and associated risk information, aiming to enhance the overall quality of underwriting within the company.
- Conduct in-person negotiations with clients.
- Attend client meetings in support of Underwriters.
- Ensure all assigned claims are managed in accordance with company philosophies and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and deliver departmental reports as required.
- Participate in market meetings and conference calls as necessary.
- Ensure all complaints and related incidents are accurately recorded and resolved in line with company policy.
- Support internal stakeholders by undertaking various ad hoc tasks and project work as needed.
- Consistently demonstrate compliance with Lloyd\’s minimum standards and provide support to underwriters and claims adjusters to facilitate claim progression.
