Multinational Client Manager

This is a senior client relationship and governance position, focused on ensuring the successful delivery and ongoing stewardship of complex global insurance programmes.

You will act as the client voice internally, coordinating across underwriting, claims, operations and network teams, while building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading client stewardship and governance meetings
• Managing relationships with multinational and global corporate clients
• Coordinating internally across underwriting, claims, operations and network teams
• Driving client retention, service quality and satisfaction
• Managing escalations and complex service issues
• Supporting renewals, onboarding and implementation of global programmes
• Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Supporting client events, conferences, marketing and distribution activity
• Working closely with international colleagues across the wider organisation
• Attending annual European conferences and undertaking some UK domestic travel

This is not a sales or business development role, and there is no broker ownership. The focus is firmly on the client relationship, governance, service delivery and overall client experience.

Experience:

• Strong commercial insurance experience
• Experience working with multinational/global insurance programmes
• Confidence dealing with senior client stakeholders
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• The ability to coordinate effectively across multiple internal functions
• Experience managing complex service issues and escalations
• A commercially minded and client-focused approach

Experience across areas such as Property, Casualty, Construction, Marine, Aviation, Financial Lines or Parametrics would be beneficial, not essential.
