What you'll be doing:
- Oversee and challenge key financial risks across underwriting, reserving, capital and liquidity
- Provide independent review of methodologies, assumptions and controls
- Support stress & scenario testing and deliver meaningful risk insights
- Contribute to ORSA and senior-level risk reporting
- Lead/assist thematic reviews and validation work
- Engage closely with actuarial, underwriting and finance teams
- Drive improvements to risk frameworks and processes
