A specialist CPRI Lloyd's broking house is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Claims Professional to join its growing team. This is an opportunity for an established claims specialist with good CPRI experience to work within a specialist Lloyd's environment, handling complex and high-value claims while working closely with brokers, clients, insurers and the wider London Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of complex CPRI claims from notification through to resolution
- Provide technical claims expertise across CPRI classes
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, brokers and insurers
- Work closely with Lloyd's underwriters and claims teams
- Advise on coverage, liability, quantum and claims strategy
- Negotiate claims settlements and manage complex claims issues
- Support brokers with claims-related advice during renewals and new business
- Develop strong relationships with clients and key London Market stakeholders
- Identify trends and provide insight to improve the overall claims proposition
- Mentor and support more junior members of the claims team where appropriate
Required:
- 5+ years' experience working in a Claims position in the Lloyd's Market
- Strong experience within the CPRI line of business
- Ability to work in the London office at least 2-3 days / week and wfh the remaining weekdays
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
