Risk Manager – Lloyd\’s Market (Contract and Immediate Start)We are working with a leading specialty insurer to find a Risk Manager to help grow the team.

FTC or day rate contract (Open) – Contract and Immediate start.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance Risk Management Framework and Risk Framework Policy

Supports the business in identifying, managing, and measuring risk to include Insurance, Operational and Enterprise Risk issues.

Keep the Risk Universe, Risk Register, and control documentation updated

Coordinate and support the risk and control assessment cycle with senior stakeholders through the firm.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of Risk Management experience within the Lloyd\’s or London Market insurance environment.

Proven ability to work effectively with senior management, underwriters, and cross‐functional teams.

Hands‐on experience configuring, deploying, and managing enterprise risk management platforms (\”Decision Focus\” experience is key).

Highly analytical, proactive, organised, and detail‐oriented, with the ability to prioritise and deliver under tight deadlines.

Strong understanding of prudential regulatory requirements (Lloyd\’s, PRA, Solvency II/UK).
