  • Ability to work in the office 3 days per week and 2 days WFH

Overview

We are working with an international Lloyd’s Broker looking to hire a Marine Technician to support brokers across the Hull & Machinery class of business. This is a strong opportunity to join a collaborative team and further develop London Market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce broker and client documentation
  • Process policy documentation and endorsements
  • Support brokers with day-to-day administration
  • Handle client and underwriter queries
  • Maintain accurate files and records
  • Manage workloads and meet deadlines
  • Liaise with Accounts and Claims teams
  • Maintain knowledge of market procedures
  • Ensure FCA and company compliance

Skills & Experience

  • Previous Lloyd’s / London Market experience
  • Marine insurance knowledge preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Organised and proactive approach
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience using Global XB, Novidea and Whitespace preferred
