  • Experience handling Lloyd's Binding Authorities / Binder business

  • Ability to work in the office 3 days per week and 2 days WFH

Overview:

Join a growing Binding Authority Operations team supporting Lloyd's Coverholder and Binder business. The role focuses on contract administration, bordereaux processing, compliance, and day-to-day servicing of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage allocated Coverholder accounts and servicing requirements
  • Draft new and renewal Binding Authority Agreements and endorsements
  • Process and review premium bordereaux and settlements
  • Maintain records across internal systems, ATLAS, DCOM and IMR
  • Provide reporting and premium updates to underwriters and clients
  • Monitor contract, compliance and operational documentation
  • Support wider team activities and operational processes
