I am currently partnered with a leading Lloyd's Broking House who are seeking an Operations Professional to join their rapidly growing Binding Authority team.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting New and Renewal Binding Authority Agreements and mid-term Endorsements.
  • Updating ATLAS and DCOM.
  • Corresponding with clients regarding Contracts, Reporting and Premium settlements.
  • Providing Underwriters with various Bordereaux and Premium updates.
  • Updating and Maintaining Internal Broking System Records.
  • Updating and Maintaining Monitoring Spreadsheets.
  • Processing Contracts and Premium Bordereaux through internal systems and IMR.
  • Additional duties as may be required.

Experience required

  • Strong experience of being involved in preparing Binding Authority Contracts across Specialty classes of business
  • ATLAS, PPL and DCOM experience, someone that has experience using the IMR/dealing with Xchanging.
  • Reviewing and processing Premium Bordereaux
