What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates
- Writing job adverts and managing applications
- Conducting candidate interviews and market research
- Supporting consultants on client delivery and account management
- Building your knowledge of the insurance market and its key functions (Actuarial, Risk, Finance, etc.)
