Interim Compliance Specialist

A personal lines insurance business is currently going through a period of change and are expanding their compliance function significantly.

They are looking for an interim whilst this new structure is put in place, for 6-12 months on a day-rate basis (outside IR35) with a day rate of £750. This is a remote role.

There is no advisory responsibility in this role. Tasks will mainly be:

• Horizon scanning
• Preparing Board papers
• Carrying out gap analysis
• Control testing
• Responding to regulatory requests

You must be a quick-learner with experience gained at a senior level within an insurance business. You will be able to work independently whilst also understanding the need to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on the ongoing activity.
