A rapidly-growing personal lines insurance business based in Essex is seeking a Customer Outcomes Manager. This is an exciting time to join the business as you will support the firm's growth while participating in the establishment of a best-in-class customer outcomes team. On a day-to-day basis, you will support the business in fulfilling its duties related to Consumer Duty.
Duties will include:
- Involvement in the production of papers for Board and Committees
- Ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty outcomes: products and services price and value, consumer understanding, FCA cross cutting rules and consumer support
- Liaising with stakeholders to gather required information
- Developing positive relationships with outsourced partners
- Working with the business to define their approach to vulnerable customers
- Working on product governance matters
For this role, you will need experience of working in an insurance business and a working knowledge of Consumer Duty.
