A fast-growing Lloyd's Syndicate is currently seeking a Company Secretary. This is a great opportunity to join an ever-changing, high-performing business that has a culture of collaboration.
In this role, you will:
- Have responsibility for all Board meeting processes, including the development and maintenance of the Annual Board and Committee meeting planner.
- Take ownership of company registers (including Board conflict of interest and Board training records).
- Work closely with the CEO and Chair to coordinate, finalise and circulate Board agendas.
- Be responsible for Board and Committee pack production.
- Provide resource to Chair and Board for guidance and advice on corporate governance standards and good practice.
- Act as key liaison point for NED's in relation to Board administration.
- Support Chair in Board succession planning and Board skills reviews.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years experience as a Company Secretary in an insurance business.
- To hold ACIS or FCIS qualification.
