I am currently partnered exclusively with an Insurer who are seeking a Claims Adjuster to join their Motor team on an initial 12M FTC, which is likely to be extended/made permanent.

My client is looking for someone with experience in the Motor Claims space and are open to multiple levels (junior and senior, but circa 2/3+ years experience). This person will be handling a diverse caseload, including Accidental Damage, Credit Hire, Personal Injury, and other associated losses arising from the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and accurately handle a portfolio of motor insurance claims, initially up to a value of £50,000.
  • Take full ownership of each claim from initiation through to resolution.
  • Assess all relevant evidence to make well-informed decisions regarding indemnity, liability, and quantum.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with policyholders, third parties, their representatives, insurers, and suppliers to ensure smooth claim progression.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to company service expectations.
