- Experience in Internal Controls, Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, SOX, ics, or Governance, Risk & Compliance functions.
- Strong experience designing, documenting, testing, and assessing controls.
- Experience developing Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs) and control frameworks
- Experience working within insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or other regulated environments.
- Familiarity with SOX, COSO, ICOFR, or similar control frameworks.
