As a Graduate / Associate Consultant, you’ll support experienced consultants while learning the fundamentals of specialist recruitment. This is a hands‑on role that offers excellent training, exposure to the insurance market, and a clear progression path into a full 360 consultant position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting consultants with candidate sourcing and screening
  • Linkedin & Job board searching
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates across the insurance sector
