A Lloyd's insurer is seeking an FP&A professional to strengthen and develop their Syndicate FP&A function. This role supports the delivery of financial plans, enhances analytics across UK GAAP and ultimate reporting, and contributes to key Lloyd's performance returns. It also includes liquidity management activities such as cashflow forecasting and stress testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of annual Lloyd's UK GAAP plans, quarterly reforecasts, and management planning.
- Analyse quarterly year-of-account results and partner with underwriting, reserving and other stakeholders to understand performance drivers.
- Prepare management information for committees, boards, and investor reporting.
- Produce regulatory returns including the QMB, and provide forecast inputs for Lloyd's submissions.
- Assist with liquidity planning through cashflow modelling and scenario analysis.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement and transformation initiatives.
