KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Insurance experience is essential
- Finance Change delivery experience is essential
- Have strong exposure to finance systems (i.e. ERP tools, workflow, payment, treasury, consolidation & reporting systems)
- Have strong communication skills
- Have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage and build relationships
- Have an analytical, investigative approach with the ability to work systematically and unsupervised, to tight deadlines and with multiple competing priorities
- Be a pragmatic problem-solver with commercial awareness and a flexible, collaborative approach
