Role: Delegated Authority Operations Associate
Location: City of London (EC3)
Client: Major Global, Employee-Owned Lloyd’s Broker
I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing Binders team at one of the market’s leading independent brokers. Known for an exceptional employee-owned culture and real flexibility, they offer true account ownership without the red tape.
The Role
Take end-to-end operational control of allocated Coverholder accounts across specialty classes:
- Contracts: Draft new/renewal Binding Authority Agreements and mid-term endorsements.
- Market Systems: Full use of ATLAS, DCOM, PPL, and internal broking systems.
- Processing: Review and process premium bordereaux and contracts via IMR / Xchanging.
- Relationships: Act as the primary liaison for underwriters and clients on reporting and premium settlements.
What You Need
- Solid operational background in Lloyd’s Binding Authorities.
- Hands-on experience with ATLAS, DCOM, PPL, and IMR/Xchanging.
- Experience processing premium bordereaux and managing market stakeholders.
