We have partnered with a fast-growing and innovative London Market (Re)Insurer to find a talented Senior Reserving Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation at an exciting stage of its development, supporting the growth of the reserving function and working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

The role includes:

  • Supporting the Head of Reserving and Reserving Manager in all aspects of the quarterly reserving process and reporting.
  • Providing key reserving inputs into IFRS17, Solvency II Technical Provisions, and capital parameterisation.
  • Applying robust methods, assumptions, and judgements with clear justifications and audit trails.
  • Delivering deep-dive analysis and incorporating emerging trends into actuarial work.
  • Contributing to the design and evolution of end-to-end reserving to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Playing a key role in a growing reserving team, with the opportunity to shape transformation from the ground up.
