Key Responsibilities
- Manage allocated Coverholder accounts and servicing requirements
- Draft new and renewal Binding Authority Agreements and endorsements
- Process and review premium bordereaux and settlements
- Maintain records across internal systems, ATLAS, DCOM and IMR
- Provide reporting and premium updates to underwriters and clients
- Monitor contract, compliance and operational documentation
- Support wider team activities and operational processes
