Base pay range

HFD Group Ltd is expanding with major projects underway. We are a UK property business specializing in commercial property development, construction, property management, data services and asset management. For 30 years we have provided tenants and clients with a sustainable working environment. You will join an established team of Security Officers providing in-house and client security requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive security, maintaining high standards of performance, appearance and discipline.
  • Protect property and prevent loss, waste and damage.
  • Monitor and respond to safety risks; prevent and detect crime.
  • Respond to alarm activations and conduct mobile security patrols on foot.
  • Patrol company and client premises and ensure the safety of customers, clients and staff.
  • Prepare incident reports and maintain high levels of customer service.

Minimum skills and qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
  • A reasonable level of physical fitness.
  • A confident manner and the ability to handle confrontation when necessary.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to new tasks with a positive attitude.
  • Valid SIA Manned Guarding Licence.
  • Valid CCTV SIA Licence is an advantage.
  • Working hours: 48 hours per week.
