Base pay range
HFD Group Ltd is expanding with major projects underway. We are a UK property business specializing in commercial property development, construction, property management, data services and asset management. For 30 years we have provided tenants and clients with a sustainable working environment. You will join an established team of Security Officers providing in-house and client security requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive security, maintaining high standards of performance, appearance and discipline.
- Protect property and prevent loss, waste and damage.
- Monitor and respond to safety risks; prevent and detect crime.
- Respond to alarm activations and conduct mobile security patrols on foot.
- Patrol company and client premises and ensure the safety of customers, clients and staff.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain high levels of customer service.
Minimum skills and qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
- A reasonable level of physical fitness.
- A confident manner and the ability to handle confrontation when necessary.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to new tasks with a positive attitude.
- Valid SIA Manned Guarding Licence.
- Valid CCTV SIA Licence is an advantage.
- Working hours: 48 hours per week.
