We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our established and growing Guest Services Team. Your role would be to provide proactive reception duties, maintaining high level performance, organisation with a corporate approach. This position is based within our serviced buildings at Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill and Hamilton International Technology Park, Blantyre.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver a professional and welcoming environment for occupiers/visitors
- Managing access control system to the building
- Provide high level communication to occupiers
- Statistic Reporting
- Working with Building Manager and FM Team
- Handling telephone enquiries
Minimum skills required include:
- Prior experience in a similar role essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Flexible, willing to adapt to new tasks and duties with a positive attitude.
