What You'll Own:
- Be Our Customer Detective - Use advanced analytics to understand why visitors donβt convert and fix the journey.
- Architect Digital Experiences - Create Product-Market fit and design user flows that turn browsers into bookers across JRPass.com and JapanDen.com.
- Bridge Two Cultures - Communicate directly with Japanese rail partners and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- Drive Measurable Growth - Implement sophisticated tracking (GA4, user behaviour analytics) to optimise every touchpoint.
The Problems You'll Solve:
- Conversion Optimisation - Turn our highest-ever organic traffic into bookings (currently 2%, target 3%+).
- Mobile Experience - Make our platform seamless across all devices.
- JapanDen.com Growth - Build our authority site from startup to market leader.
- Point-to-Point Expansion - Launch individual ticket sales to 2-3x company revenue.
What You Bring:
- Fluent Japanese (business level essential - you'll travel to Japan 2x yearly).
- 3-5 years Product Management experience (in e-commerce or travel ideally).
- Strong analytical skills with GA4, user behaviour tracking, and A/B testing.
- Experience with Product-Market fit, user research, market analysis, and ROI calculation.
- Ability to work with development teams (technical background preferred but not essential).
