The Role
As a Data Quality Administrator, you will help ensure that our central database is accurate, reliable and fit for purpose.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will support data management processes, resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvements.
This is a busy and varied role, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure that our main firm wide data is accurate and effectively managed.
- Ensure that the entity structure is efficient and being adhered to.
- Manage and apply data change requests within tight time frames.
- Track and report on data change requests and make recommendations for improvements.
- Assist the Senior DQA in routine data cleansing to identify and remove duplicate entities.
- Ensure thorough verification and diligence are applied when creating a new client entity liaising with necessary stakeholders.
- Reporting user errors to assist training as well as providing direct feedback and support to users.
- Assisting compliance to investigate risks and vulnerabilities.
- Assist database development by reporting scripting errors.
- Liaising with all levels of the business to resolve problems and ensure the database meeting the users’ requirements.
