About The Role
We are recruiting for a Solicitor or Litigation Executive to join our Large Loss Fraud / Technical Fraud Team within the Counter Fraud Department. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills in handling the most complex Fraud matters dealt with in the Department.
Become a part of our team , based at our Media City, Salford Quays office , as a Fraud Specialist and take on an exciting and challenging role managing a diverse portfolio of complex fraud cases!

What will you be doing? In this role you\’ll manage a variety of cases, from large loss claims worth millions to intricate disputes involving Contempt of Court, Strategic Litigation, Fraud Rings, and Property Fraud. Under the guidance of experienced Partners, you\’ll have the opportunity to run your own caseload, support team efforts, and collaborate on high stakes claims with colleagues from the CCI Department.
Your expertise will ensure clients feel confident that their legal matters are in capable hands, while you contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our team. You\’ll also have the chance to develop your skills through advocacy, attend strategic meetings, and stay ahead of industry developments with ongoing training.
What do I need? We\’re looking for a dynamic professional with 1-5 years PQE (or equivalent experience) and solid litigation expertise. You should have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
A clear communicator who enjoys building relationships and providing concise advice is essential. You\’ll be eager to learn, able to challenge information when needed, and possess sharp negotiation and analytical skills. With a good sense of commercial awareness and a positive, flexible attitude towards change—both internally and for clients—you\’ll thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
