Overview

Causation Litigation Executive role at HF – Salford (Hybrid, Permanent).

Responsibilities

  • You will not only be working independently but also as part of a team investigating and defending fraudulent claims arising from motor accidents.
  • Competently deal with a case load of files within our case management system.
  • Manage your own case load of motor fraud matters, ensuring that clients\’ legal affairs are dealt with in a professional and competent manner and ensuring the efficient operation of the team.
  • You will also have the opportunity to carry out advocacy on applications and Case Management Conferences as and when required.

Qualifications

  • A Law degree/GDL/LPC
  • Previous file handling experience or experience in the insurance industry
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to demonstrate initiative and creative problem solving
  • A strong work ethic and a committed team player

However, while experience and qualifications are desirable, HF hires based on potential and provides training to help you succeed. All new starters will receive training to introduce you to the type of work we do and how we handle claims for our clients. After training, you will progress to handling your own caseload. Whether you are a solicitor, legal executive or non-qualified claims handler with experience of personal injury litigation, we would like to hear from you.
