But you can change all that.

Join our growing team in Bedfordshire, and get all the training you need to become a confident Support Worker.

Do you feel like our values — Kind, Diverse, Positive, and Visionary — are a good match to your values? Then we’ve got lots in common already. Come on board and support learning disabled adults with those very values to develop skills, achieve their life goals, and thrive in your community.

What we offer you:

  • Location: Biggleswade SG18
  • Service type: Supported Living
  • Locations: across Biggleswade

  • Training & development: Fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care while earning
  • Benefits: Health, retail, and cash incentives to use as you wish

What you’ll be doing:

Every day is different. You may support someone to plan their weekly shop, go on outdoor adventures, provide personal care, support them to attend their favourite gig, build confidence in using public transport, or teach money management skills. The goal is to support people in discovering new interests, achieving goals, and maintaining relationships with family and friends.

You’ll provide the highest standard of care and support for learning disabled adults, listening to their wants and needs, assisting with daily tasks like medication and cooking, and helping them build confidence and take on new adventures.
