Learning Disability Support Worker – Join Our Team!

As a Female Support Worker, you’ll help learning disabled adults learn new skills, develop independence, build confidence, and explore new interests. Every day is different – you could be supporting someone with daily tasks like cooking and shopping, helping them access the community, or encouraging them to try a new hobby. Your role is to provide the right level of support while promoting choice and independence.

  • Shifts: Shifts: 30 hours Shifts will usually start around 7/7:30AM- 2/2:2:30pm- 2pm -9:30 pm Early, Lates, Weekends, sleep-in 10pm-7am (Sleep-in Rates basic rate +10% )
