What you’ll do:
- Oversee compliance with CQC and other regulatory frameworks
- Provide expert advice on legal and regulatory requirements
- Lead on complaints management and assurance of contractual obligations
- Support Registered Managers to achieve and maintain compliance
- Deliver compliance training and guidance across the organisation
- Prepare key reports and performance indicators for senior leaders
What we’re looking for:
- In-depth knowledge of CQC, CIW frameworks, and regulatory processes
- Experience in risk management and regulatory compliance
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Office) and experience in report writing
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
Desirable Skills:
- Complaints Handling or Customer Service qualification
- Leadership or Safeguarding qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Previous management/leadership experience in social care
