We know that life can be complicated for everybody. But some of us are stopped from working towards our dreams. Many learning disabled people won’t be heard about the support they’d like. Some won’t get to decide what they do for work. Or how to spend or save their money. Many won\’t get to try out the new hobbies they’d love to try.
But you can change all that.

- Salary: £12.77 per hour
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 3:30pm
- Training & development: Earn money while you get a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

What you’ll be doing
Every day is different. You may support someone with their weekly shopping, accompany them on outdoor adventures, provide personal care, or support them to attend their favorite gig. You could help build confidence in using public transport or teach money management skills. The goal is to support people in discovering new interests, achieving goals, and maintaining relationships with family and friends.
You’ll provide high-quality care and support for learning disabled adults. This includes listening to their needs, assisting with daily tasks like medication and cooking, and helping build confidence for new experiences. We support a variety of shifts to help balance your work and home life.
Having a full driving license is helpful but not essential.
