Many learning-disabled people are not heard regarding the support they need. Some are unable to decide on their employment, how to spend or save money, or try new hobbies they would love to explore.

What we offer:

  • Location: Bidford On Avon
  • Salary: £14.02 per hour (£12.51 per hour + 12.08% supplement)
  • Working hours: Early, late, and weekend shifts. Sleep-ins are paid per shift.
  • Holidays: 33 days of annual leave, including eight statutory bank holidays.
  • Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% extra on key dates over Christmas.
  • Training & development: Earn a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care while working.
  • Additional benefits: Health, retail, and cash incentives for you to use as you wish.

Role responsibilities:

Each day brings new opportunities—supporting someone with their weekly shopping, outdoor adventures, personal care, attending events, or teaching money management. The goal is to help individuals discover new interests, achieve goals, and maintain relationships with family and friends.

You will provide the highest standard of care and support for learning-disabled adults, listening to their needs and enabling them to perform daily tasks, build confidence, and pursue new experiences—working various shifts to balance work and home life.

Note: Public transport access to our service is limited. It is preferred that you have a driving license and access to a car or can arrange transportation to and from the service.
