Are you a confident and capable support analyst with hands-on experience using Access Group software? We’re looking for a skilled Business Application Support Analyst to provide day-to-day support across a suite of Access business applications.

About the Role: This role is crucial in ensuring effective system use, resolving incidents quickly, and escalating where necessary to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll act as the first point of contact within the ICT department for all business systems queries, supporting staff across the organisation in the use of the following Access applications:

  • PeopleXD
  • RecruitXD
  • Charity CRM
  • Access Care Planner
  • Access People Planner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for business-critical systems
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with end users regarding incident progress and resolution
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior members of the business systems team
  • Contribute to remote meetings and continuous service improvement efforts

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Access Group applications is essential
  • Proven background in an ICT support desk/helpdesk environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of JobTrain ATS is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Core working hours: 10am – 3pm, with flexibility around this.

Contract Details: Duration: 3 to 6 months. Location: Fully remote (meetings via Microsoft Teams). Start Date: June or early July.
