We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hands-on Trainee Pest & Bird Control Technician to join our growing team. You don’t need prior pest control experience, we’ll provide full training and support you in achieving your RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management, setting you up with a recognised industry qualification and clear progression opportunities. If you enjoy problem-solving, working outdoors, and delivering great customer service, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist in delivering professional pest and bird control services
  • Carry out site inspections and identify potential pest activity
  • Support treatment plans and bird deterrent installations
  • Monitor and report findings accurately
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Work independently across your region once trained
  • Attend regular team meetups and training sessions

No two days will be the same, you’ll be working at a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
