Looking for a practical, outdoor role with real career progression?
We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Pest & Bird Control Technician to join our growing team.
Whether you're starting your career, looking for a change, or simply want a role where you're out and about rather than behind a desk, this could be the opportunity for you.
No previous pest control experience is required.
We'll provide full training, ongoing mentoring and support you in achieving your
RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management , giving you a recognised industry qualification and a clear pathway to becoming a fully qualified technician.

What you'll be doing
With full training and support, you'll learn to
- Deliver professional pest and bird control services across a variety of customer sites.
- Carry out inspections and identify signs of pest activity.
- Assist with treatment plans and bird deterrent installations.
- Monitor sites and accurately record and report your findings.
- Provide a friendly and professional service to customers.
- Develop the skills and confidence to work independently across your region.
- Attend regular team meetings, training sessions and development days.
No two days will be the same. You'll work across a mixture of residential, commercial and industrial sites , gaining valuable experience across different environments and pest control challenges.
