HF Mencap is seeking a Community Advocate to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and other needs across the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. You will empower clients to have a stronger voice, support wellbeing, housing, benefits, and access to services, and work with partner organisations to reduce barriers.
This fixed-term role includes office and home-working by agreement, a 36-hour week, and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
