What will you be doing:
Working in our Chy Morvah Country House we provide a retreat for up to 59 guests who stay with us for guided or self-guided walking tour holidays. Your role will be to support the house managers to manage and supervise the front of house team. You will be involved in inducting new household staff, general administration, ensuring health & Safety and Fire Policies are adhered to and potentially undergo additional training to become a First Aider or Pool Emergency Responder. Our Team Leaders also help preparing guest rooms and public areas, serving meals in our dining room and adding to the charm of our hospitality by assisting in the delivery of Afternoon Tea. Our Team Leaders also assist in the preparation of picnic lunches, which our guests love for their outdoor adventures. Our entire team gets involved in the heart of guest interactions, and we all work together to provide an atmosphere where guests feel cared for and attended to.
