About the role:
Nestled within the breathtaking area of outstanding natural beauty, our Dolserau Hall country house proudly boasts 21 elegantly appointed bedrooms, providing a serene retreat for up to 40 guests embarking on guided or self‑guided tour holidays. As the Country House Gardener, your role will be to maintain paths, fencing, hedges, trees, shrubs, flower beds, hanging baskets, lawn areas and outdoor seating areas across our country house estate. You will take pride and responsibility in the overall presentation of the house grounds.
What are we looking for?
We would love to hear from you if you have these essential skills:
- Recent gardening experience or experience in a similar role within a hospitality setting
- Knowledge of the planning and control of gardens, grass cutting, looking to future layouts and suitability of plants
- A ‘can do’ attitude and flexible approach
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety at work practices
