HF Holidays Limited's Holnicote Country House in Somerset is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering a traditional British menu for up to 55 guests on walking holidays.
You’ll manage kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence, ensure health and safety, and lead the team including a Kitchen Assistant and Porter.
