My client, a leading international food ingredients manufacturer, is looking for two fixed term contract Food Safety & Quality Compliance Leads.
Key Responsibilities- Lead HACCP food safety and quality compliance across multiple UK manufacturing sites
- Develop and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Drive standardisation of food safety and quality processes
- Plan, lead and support internal, customer and third-party audits including BRC
- Ensure compliance with GFSI standards, legal requirements and customer expectations
- Analyse quality metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Support regulatory compliance and horizon scanning for changes in legislation
- Coach, train and influence operational teams to strengthen quality culture
- Represent the business at technical meetings and industry forums
We're looking for someone with a strong technical background in food manufacturing with HACCP minimum level 3 and experience of managing BRC audits essential.
You'll have:- Availability to undertake a 6 or 12 month fixed term contract
- Experience in a Food Safety, Quality or Compliance role within food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of GFSI standards, HACCP, BRC standards and food safety systems
- Experience developing, implementing and improving Quality Management Systems
