First and foremost, you will be a strong and experienced Java developer, but we are not just looking for great coders. We are looking for problem solvers who are keen to share their ideas, challenge our approach and continuously improve the way we work. As a proactive and inquisitive developer, you will be passionate about collaborating with and contributing to the professional growth of your team. You will also be comfortable working with other specialists such as UX Designers, product experts, Test Analysts and, of course, our customers. You will be working on a modern JDK (we currently use Amazon Corretto 17) and with a variety of approaches such as pair programming, automated testing, and continuous integration – all backed by DevOps technologies such as Chef, Vagrant, Kubernetes, Terraform, Packer and Docker. Our culture encourages continuous improvement, so we will be looking to you to investigate new tech, frameworks, and processes, to help drive us forward.
