We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, highly organised Recruitment Partner to join us for a fast-paced 6-month stint. We are looking for someone who thrives on high volume, manual processes, and end-to-end execution. You will be the engine room of our talent acquisition, managing everything from graduate assessment days to niche technical and Executive-level searches.

Key responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment
  • Full lifecycle recruitment: Manage the entire lifecycle from drafting role profiles and posting ads to offer
  • Sourcing: Directly headhunt for technical and specialised roles using LinkedIn and other platforms to reduce agency reliance
  • Screening: Conduct initial screening calls to ensure high-quality shortlists
  • Events: Lead the logistics and execution of internal assessment days
