The Role
As the Idiom Product Manager at Heywood, you will own all aspects of the proposition of our low code/no code decision engine called Idiom. Combining customer insight, commercial thinking and cross-functional coordination to deliver Heywood’s strategy and growth.
You will do this by aligning Idiom’s vision, strategy and marketing plan to Heywood’s business goals and collaborating with our sales teams to identify and realise growth opportunities.
Key roles and responsibilities are:
- Define the long-term direction of Idiom, aligning it to Heywood’s business plan
- Discover customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape
- Translate customer needs into a clearly defined and easily understood Idiom solutions
- Create compelling pitch decks and demonstrations to effectively communicate Idiom's features and benefits
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to stay aligned and communicate progress
- Work with Business Development Directors to identify and exploit opportunities
- Prioritise and sequence potential software developments and deliveries
- Advocate for customers by gathering user feedback to gain a deep understanding of how they are using Idiom
- Liaising with our team in New Zealand as and when required (some early/late meetings may be required)
Experience working within pensions or financial services is advantageous but not essential.
