We are looking for an organised, commercially aware marketing professional with experience delivering integrated campaigns that generate measurable business results. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of demand generation, marketing automation, digital marketing, and campaign management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. They will be confident using data and performance insights to optimise marketing activity and demonstrate impact, while also possessing strong content and communication skills to support thought leadership and audience engagement initiatives. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, website management, SEO, marketing attribution, and campaign reporting is highly desirable. Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing approaches and B2B technology or financial services marketing would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and highly organised, with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, and external partner teams. They will be comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment and motivated by delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

The Marketing and Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, delivering, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and qualified pipeline growth across the UK and North American markets. Working closely with the wider marketing team, sales stakeholders, and external partners, the role will lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns, manage key digital marketing activities, and support the delivery of the organisation's growth objectives through data‑driven marketing programmes. The role combines strategic campaign management with hands‑on execution, requiring a strong understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, marketing technology, and performance analysis.

Key Role Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management
    • Develop, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across the UK and North American markets.
    • Manage campaign activity across multiple channels, including email, digital, social media, content, events, and paid promotion.
    • Support pipeline generation objectives through targeted demand generation and lead nurturing programmes.
    • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for strategic target accounts and market segments.
    • Work closely with sales teams to ensure campaigns align with commercial priorities and opportunities.
    • Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimisation.
  • Lead Generation and Nurture
    • Manage lead generation and lead nurturing programmes within the marketing automation platform.
    • Develop and maintain lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture workflows to improve conversion rates.
    • Ensure marketing-generated leads are effectively handed over and tracked through the sales process.
    • Monitor lead quality, engagement, and conversion metrics to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Digital Marketing and Website Management
    • Manage and maintain website content, landing pages, and campaign assets to support marketing objectives.
    • Work with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
    • Support the development and execution of SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies to improve visibility across traditional and AI‑powered search channels.
    • Ensure website content remains current, relevant, and aligned with brand and campaign priorities.
  • Analytics and Marketing Operations
    • Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance across campaigns, channels, and digital platforms.
    • Manage marketing attribution reporting and support the measurement of marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.
    • Analyse campaign, website, and audience data to generate insights and recommendations.
    • Support the development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance reviews to inform decision making.
    • Ensure marketing data quality and compliance with governance processes.
  • Content and Thought Leadership
    • Manage the organisation's LinkedIn Newsletter programme and support audience growth and engagement objectives.
    • Coordinate and support thought leadership initiatives, including the Pension Pulse programme and other market‑facing content activities.
    • Work with subject matter experts to create engaging content that supports brand awareness, market positioning, and demand generation goals.
    • Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximise reach and impact.
  • Industry Engagement and External Relations
    • Manage relationships with key industry associations across the UK and North America.
    • Coordinate membership activities, sponsorship opportunities, speaking engagements, and promotional initiatives with industry bodies.
    • Manage North American award submissions and industry recognition programmes.
    • Support the planning and delivery of North American public relations activities, working with external agencies and media partners where appropriate.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, media contacts, and partners.
