We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join the team at Warner Hotels, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the high standards our guests know and love.
What will I be doing?
Working closely with the Head of Facilities and leading your Housekeeping Team leaders, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the housekeeping team.
Working with a large diverse and multi-skilled team, you will ensure all our guests enjoy the highest quality stay in a perfectly kept room.
With a strong sense of awareness of timings and standards, you will ensure every room is prepared for the guests' arrival, being an integral part of their perfect customer journey.
You'll also be responsible for managing the cleanliness and appearance of other guest areas across the hotel through your team.
