Key Responsibilities

  • Beverage Preparation & Quality Control
    • Oversee beverage preparation during assigned shifts.
    • Ensure all drinks are prepared according to brand recipes and standards.
    • Monitor drink quality, presentation, and preparation efficiency.
    • Maintain consistency in beverage preparation and service standards.
  • Shift Operations Management
    • Coordinate staff duties and workflow during shifts.
    • Allocate team members to stations to maintain service efficiency during busy periods.
    • Support training and on-the-job coaching for new team members.
    • Report operational updates or issues to the Store Manager.
  • Food Safety & Hygiene
    • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
    • Maintain a clean and organized beverage preparation area.
    • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
  • Stock & Ingredient Management
    • Assist in managing beverage ingredient inventory such as tea, milk, and toppings.
    • Monitor ingredient usage and reduce waste.
    • Ensure adequate preparation before service periods.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a bubble tea shop, café, or hospitality environment.
  • Experience supervising or coordinating a team is preferred.
  • Knowledge of beverage preparation processes.
  • Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
  • Level 2 UK Food Hygiene Certificate (or above) preferred.
  • Strong communication and execution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
